This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 25, 2025, is by and among Safe & Green Holdings Corp., a Delaware corporation, with offices located at 990 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 501, Office 12, Miami, Florida 33132 (the “Company”), and the undersigned buyers (each, a “Buyer,” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
