THIS CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made on June 27, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF, (the “Client”), with Hashdex Asset Management Ltd. as Sponsor acting on behalf of Client, and Fidelity Digital Asset Services, LLC (the “Custodian”, and collectively with the Client, the “Parties,” and each individually, a “Party”).
