This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of July 17, 2025, is by and among Linkage Global Inc, a Cayman Islands exempted company, with offices located at 2-23-3 Minami-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Japan 171-0022 (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
