This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of January 10, 2025, is by and among Fusion Fuel Green PLC, an Irish public limited company with offices located at The Victorians, 15-18 Earlsfort Terrace, Saint Kevin’s, Dublin 2, D02 YX28, Ireland (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
