THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Protara Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), and Patrick Fabbio (“Executive”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”) as of January 5, 2023, and shall become effective on Executive’s commencement of employment with the Company (the “Effective Date”), which is expected to be January 30, 2023.
