This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 27th day of August, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PROGRESSIVE CARE INC., a Delaware corporation with offices at 1111 Park Center Blvd, Suite 202, Miami Gardens, FL 33169 (the “Corporation”) and VERNON WATSON, an individual residing at 1335 Cambria St, Uniondale, NY 11553(“Executive”).
