This INDENTURE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of May 24, 2023, by and between OWL ROCK CLO XI, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the “Issuer”), and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company, as collateral trustee (herein, together with its permitted successors and assigns in the trusts hereunder, the “Collateral Trustee”).
