THIS AMENDMENT TO EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into and effective as of May 15, 2023, by and between Ambrx, Inc. (the “Company”) and Daniel J. O’Connor (“Executive”).
