THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between, Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”), and Steve White (the “Executive”). (The Company and the Executive are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
