This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 1, 2021, by and between Expro Americas, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Expro Group Holdings N.V., (f/k/a Frank’s International, N.V.), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Netherlands (“Parent”), and Michael Jardon (“Executive”) and supersedes in its entirety that certain Executive Employment Agreement dated as of March 25, 2011 between the Company and Executive (the “Prior Agreement”). The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the Closing Date, as such term is defined in that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among Parent, New Eagle Holdings Limited, an exempted company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Merger Sub”), and Expro Group Holdings International Limited, an exempted company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Expro”), dated March 10, 202
