This SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of February, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and among TC FEDERAL BANK, a Georgia bank (the “Bank”), and MATT BROWN (the “Executive”). Capitalized terms used herein are defined in Section 10 of this Agreement.
