(the “Fund”), a Minnesota corporation, on behalf of its series, Thrivent Large Cap Growth Portfolio (the “Acquiring Portfolio”) and Thrivent Partner Growth Stock Portfolio (the “Target Portfolio”). Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is also party to the Agreement solely for purposes of Section 3.F.
