This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), is hereby made between Urovant Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) and Nori Ebersole (“you”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement shall become effective upon the closing of the Company’s initial public offering (the “Effective Date”).
