This SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), originally dated the 22nd day of January, 2016, is amended and restated this 31st day of January, 2018, by and between Stone Ridge Trust V (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of its series, Stone Ridge Alternative Lending Risk Premium Fund (the “Fund”), and Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Servicing Agent”).
