THIS FORM OF AMENDMENT TO DEALER MANAGER AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated [ ], 2018 (the “Amendment Date”) is entered into by and among LaSalle Investment Management Distributors, LLC (the “Dealer Manager”), Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), and JLLIPT Holdings LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”).
