THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT is made as of the 14th day of May, 2015, by and between PACIFIC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal office and place of business at 650 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 (the “Administrator”), on behalf of PIMCO Funds, PIMCO Variable Insurance Trust, PIMCO Equity Series, PIMCO Equity Series VIT and PIMCO Managed Accounts Trust (each a “Trust,” together the “Trusts”) and BOSTON FINANCIAL DATA SERVICES, INC., a Massachusetts corporation having its principal office and place of business at 2000 Crown Colony Drive, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169 (the “Transfer Agent”), (the “Agreement”).
