This Sublease is made and entered into as of February 27, 2013 by and between Boomerang.com, Inc. (“Sublessor”), and Telik, Inc. (“Sublessee”), under the Master Lease dated October 5, 2009 between EOP-Embarcadero Place, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, as “Landlord” (hereunder, “Master Lessor”), and Sublessor, as “Tenant.” A copy of the Master Lease is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by this reference.
