TriLinc Global Impact Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that elected to be treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes (the “Company”), has registered for public sale (the “Offering”) a maximum of $1.5 billion in any combination of Class A, Class C and Class I units of the Company (the “Units”), of which amount: (a) up to $1.25 billion in Units is being offered to the public pursuant to the Company’s primary offering (the “Primary Units”); and (b) up to $250 million in Units is being offered pursuant to the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan (the “DRIP Units” and, together with the Primary Units, the “Offered Units”), upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Prospectus (as defined in Section 1.1 hereof). The differences between the classes of Units and the eligibility requirements for each class are described in detail in the Prospectus.
