Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) is entering into a Securities Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”), with the United States Department of Treasury (“Treasury”) that provides for the Company’s participation in the Treasury’s TARP Capital Purchase Program (the “CPP”).
