This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 9th day of May 2008, by and between Gateway Pacific Bank (in organization), a California state-chartered bank (the “Bank”), and Chris Renko, an individual resident of the State of California (the “Executive”) (the signatories to this Agreement will be referred to jointly as the “Parties”).
