This ADVISORY SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 13, 2007, by and among Capital Growth Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Aequitas Capital Management, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“Aequitas”).
