This Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of January 1, 2007 (“Effective Date”), by and between Stacy M. Friederichsen (“Executive”) and United PanAm Financial Corp and its subsidiary United Auto Credit Corporation, both of which may be referred to interchangeably hereinafter as “Company”.
