THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered August 25, 2006, effective as of September 1, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between ELANDIA, INC., a Delaware corporation, (the “Company”), with a principal place of business at 1500 Cordova Road, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316 and HARRY HOBBS, an individual (the “Executive”), whose address is 17971 Yatton Road, Round Hill, Virginia 20141.
