THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made between CMG Holdings, Inc. , a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) located at 5601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami Florida 33137, and Michael Vandetty, (the “Executive”) (collectively sometimes referred to as the “Parties” and individually sometimes referred to as “Each Party”). Unless other indicated, all references to Sections are to Sections in this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the “Effective Date” set forth in Section 14 below.
