THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 14th day of October, 2016, by and between TCG Financial Series Trust III (the “Trust”), on behalf of the TCG Liquid Asset Money Market Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the investment adviser of the Fund, Catalyst Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”).
