THIS AGREEMENT is made as of November 10, 2014, between TCG Financial Series Trusts I through X (the “Trusts” and/or Investment Companies “IC”, or “Funds”), a group of Ohio business Trusts, and TCG Financial Services, LLC, the Registered Investment Advisor (the “RIA”), a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and Arbor Court Capital, LLC (“ACC”), a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio.
