The Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated and effective as of August 15, 2003 (the “Agreement”), by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company (as successor-in-interest to Investors Bank & Trust Company) (the “Bank”), a Massachusetts trust company, and TIFF Investment Program (the “Company”), a Delaware statutory trust, acting for and on behalf of each of its funds listed on the Schedule A hereto and which may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), is hereby supplemented as of January 11, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) in the manner set forth below (the “Supplement”). References herein to a Fund shall be construed to mean the Company on behalf of such Fund.
