This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of November 1, 2018, is by and among Farmmi, Inc., an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands with offices located at No. 307, Tianning Industrial Area, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, People’s Republic of China 323000 (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
