Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to as the applicable term in the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Global Net Lease Operating Partnership, L.P. dated as of June 2, 2015 (the “OP Agreement”).
