THIS LEASE is made on the 15th day of April, 2013 between PRINCETON CORPORATE CENTER REALTY ASSOCIATES L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company, whose address is c/o Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, 343 Thornall Street, Edison, New Jersey 08837-2206 (who is referred to in this Lease as “Landlord”) and ROSETTA GENOMICS, INC., a Delaware Corporation, whose address is 3711 Market Street, Suite 740, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (who is referred to in this Lease as “Tenant”). This Lease consists of the following Basic Lease Provisions and Definitions and the attached General Conditions and Exhibits.
