AVRA Surgical Robotics, Inc. (“AVRA” or the “Company”) agrees to employ you as its Chief Scientist and Technical Officer (“CSTO”). This letter, when counter-signed by you, will constitute the terms of our agreement governing your employment (the “Agreement”).
