THIS CERTIFIES THAT, for value received, Coast Medina, LLC, or permitted registered assigns (the “Holder”), is entitled to subscribe for and purchase at the Exercise Price (defined below) from Zoo Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) up to 359,712 shares of the common stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”). This warrant is issued by the Company as of the date hereof (the “Warrant”) pursuant to that certain Securities Purchase Agreement between the Company and each of the Investors listed on the Schedule of Investors attached thereto as Exhibit A, dated as of July 13, 2011 (the “Purchase Agreement”).
