This Right of First Refusal Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of January 26, 2007 among: (a) Eurobulk Ltd., a Liberian company (“Eurobulk”); Friends Investment Company Inc., a Marshall Islands company (“Friends”); Aristides J.
