The names of the corporations planning to merge are Info-Hold, Inc., a business corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and Info-Hold, Inc., a business corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. The name of the surviving corporation is Info-Hold, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
