This Master Repurchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of November 21, 2025 and is made by and among Goldman Sachs Bank USA (“Goldman”), as a buyer (in such capacity, “Buyer”) and as Repo Agent (in such capacity, “Repo Agent”) and FCR NS Seller I LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and each additional Person that joins this Agreement as a “seller” with the prior written consent of the Repo Agent in its sole and absolute discretion (each a “Seller” and collectively, the “Sellers”).
