THIS STOCK PLEDGE AND ESCROW AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 28, 2022 is made by and between the signatories set forth on the signature page hereof (the “Pledgors”) and I-ON Communications, Ltd., a Korean company (the “Company”).
