This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of the first date set forth on the signature page hereof, is entered by and between Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jay Sial, an individual residing in Coto De Caza, California 92679 (“Executive”) and will be effective as of July 15, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). Each of the Company and Executive are a “Party,” and collectively, they are the “Parties.”
