This FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Fourth Amendment”) is made as of this 29th day of April, 2016 (“Execution Date”), by and between PH STONE MANOR LP, a Delaware limited partnership (hereinafter called “Landlord”), and WINDTREE THERAPEUTICS, INC.
