By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Property business, including but not limited to, Dwelling Fire, Inland Marine, Mobile Home, Commercial and Homeowners business (including any business assumed from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation), subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein and in Schedule A attached hereto.
