This Administration Agreement (“Agreement”), made as of the __ day of October 2012, and to have an effective date with respect to a Portfolio (as defined below) on or about April 1, 2013 or on a date that is mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties hereto, is by and among State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Administrator”) and The DFA Investment Trust Company, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”).
