AGREEMENT made this 1st day of November, 2021, between John Hancock Investment Management LLC (formerly known as John Hancock Advisers, LLC), a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Allspring Global Investments, LLC (formerly known as Wells Capital Management, Incorporated), a Delaware limited liability company (the “Subadviser”).
