Advisory Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated July 19, 2019, between John Hancock Diversified Macro Offshore Subsidiary Fund, Ltd. (the “Fund”), a Cayman Island exempted company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the John Hancock Diversified Macro Fund (the “Registered Fund”), a series of the John Hancock Investment Trust (the “Trust”), an investment company registered under the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”), and John Hancock Investment Management LLC (formerly, John Hancock Advisers, LLC), a Delaware limited liability company (“JHA” or the “Adviser”).
