Reunion Neuroscience Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (the “Company”), confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Canaccord Genuity LLC (“Canaccord”) (the “Agent”) to issue and sell common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) upon and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. References to the “Company” in this Agreement shall include the Subsidiaries (as defined herein) unless the context otherwise requires.
