This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Participation Agreement is effective as of May 1, 2021, by and among the Society, on its own behalf and on behalf of the separate account of the Society as set forth in the Participation Agreement, as may be amended from time to time (the “Account”), the Trust, the Advisers and the Administrator (collectively, the “Parties”).
