This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on March 18, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Independence Contract Drilling, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Philip A. Dalrymple (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Prior Agreement (as defined below) effective as of the Effective Date.
