This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated May 26, 2021, is made and entered into by and between CENTURY THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and LUIS BORGES (“Executive”), and will become effective on the first date that the Company’s common stock is traded on a national stock exchange or national market system (the “Effective Date”).
