heat dissipation for the unit. Should Tenant desire to install such a unit, the plans and specifications must be submitted in advance to Landlord and approved in writing by Landlord. Such installation shall be at Tenant’s sole expense and shall include installation of a separate meter for the operation of the unit. Landlord may require Tenant to remove at Lease expiration any such unit installed by or for Tenant and to repair any resulting damage to the Premises or Building.
