In accordance with Article 17 of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement, dated October 1, 2007, as amended (the “Agreement”), between Credit Suisse Opportunity Funds (the “Trust”) and Boston Financial Data Services, Inc. (“BFDS”), the Trust hereby notifies BFDS of the Trust’s desire to have BFDS render services as transfer agent under the terms of the Agreement with respect to the Credit Suisse Emerging Markets Equity Fund, a series of shares of beneficial interest of the Trust.

Credit Suisse Opportunity Funds (the “Trust”), a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with respect to the Credit Suisse Emerging Markets Equity Fund (the “Fund”), and Merchant Holding, Inc. hereby agree as follows:

In accordance with Section 7 of the Co-Administration Agreement, dated April 30, 2012, as amended (the “Agreement”), between Credit Suisse Opportunity Funds (the “Trust”), and Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC (“CSAM”), Credit Suisse Opportunity Funds hereby notifies CSAM of its desire to amend Exhibit A of the Agreement to include the Credit Suisse Emerging Markets Equity Fund, and to have CSAM render services as Co-Administrator under the terms of the Agreement with respect to such Fund.
