This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Employment Agreement” or this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of June, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between US ECOLOGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and JEFFREY R. FEELER (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually, as a “Party.”
