This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective this 11th day of September, 2008, is made by and between ING Investments, LLC (the “Investment Manager”), ING Funds Distributor, LLC (the “Distributor”), and ING Equity Trust (the “Registrant”).
